We want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund or store credit. All returns must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Return Process  

To return an item, please fill out this return form above with the following information:

1. The name & email address used when placing your order
2. Your order number and date of delivery
3. Reason your return
4. Please specify if you would prefer a refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

Please Note: If the above criteria are not specified we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed. 

Once your Return Request has been received, you will receive a free shipping label to the email address used to file your return. Please package the items securely, attach the shipping label well to your parcel, and mail the items to:

Please note: We will provide one free shipping label for a return or exchange request, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.  

Refunds 

Assuming your items are received in unused condition, your return will be processed. Please allow up to seven days from the receipt of your items to receive your refund or store credit.  You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed.
